Renewed Turku Book Fair, October 2nd to 4th
– Next autumn’s fair theme will be music.

 

Turku Book Fair’s themes will be updated – in the future the fair themes will include not just literature but also other art forms.

  • Friday, 2nd October: 10 a.m.–6 p.m.
  • Saturday, 3rd October: 10 a.m.–6 p.m.
  • Sunday, 4th October: 10 a.m.–5 p.m.

For over 28 years already, the Turku Book Fair has been an attractive meeting place for all friends of literature and books. The event brings together approximately 700 performers, about 400 performances, hundreds of exhibitors and thousands of visitors.

The fair also offers dozens of interesting discussions on topical themes and truly unique encounters with authors. There are numerous publishing houses present as well as the leading organisations and operators in the field. The Turku Book Fair is a cosy meeting place for the book industry with a chance to do business, too!


You can reach the fair area conveniently with the fair bus number 100. During the fair, the bus will run at approximately 10-minute intervals starting from 9 a.m. More detailed information from the bus company.
